Why you might need an extension
You may experience unexpected challenges that make it harder for your organisation to develop and submit your obligation on time. If this happens, you may need an extension.
The Commissioner will consider your request for an extension based on individual circumstances. Extensions are not guaranteed. Extensions longer than two weeks are only granted for exceptional circumstances.
