Registrations are open for the survey. Local government, libraries and universities can register to take part.
The survey is run by the VPSC each year. It helps public sector organisations understand employee wellbeing, culture, and performance.
In 2025, a shorter version of the survey is available to duty holders for a fee. This shorter version focuses on gender equality. The survey helps organisations meet their reporting obligations under the Act.
All organisations with obligations under the Act must prepare an audit. Collecting data is an important part of this process. The survey will help you collect this data.
The Commission strongly encourages organisations to take part. Organisations that do not use the survey must still collect employee experience data.
Registrations will be open until Friday 14 March 2025.
