New data on gender equality

We have published new workplace gender equality data on our Insights Portal.

Around 300 public organisations submitted workforce data as at June 2023.

Compared to data from June 2021, we can see some positive progress and the areas where more work is needed.

The Insights Portal provides transparency into gender equality in the Victorian public sector. You can view data by industry and individual organisations.
